With only a handful of the Sparkling Blanc de Blanc left, this pack is not only the perfect way to enjoy our current releases, but it's also very soon to be extinct.
What's in the pack? We have placed three (750mL) bottles in of each of the below:
- 2022 Blanc de Blanc (BdB) - Crafted in the traditional method, our BdB is vibrant and refined – brimming with citrus, white stone fruits, and a creamy texture from extended lees aging.
- Our wonderful 2024 Chardonnay emerges Golden in colour, very rich and fruit forward, with stone fruits on the nose, a riper and fuller spectrum type of Chardonnay, with a creamed honey and oak undertones.
- Our 2024 Sangiovese brings aromas of dark cherry, pips, and spice. Juicy and fresh, bringing bright acidity with bitter herbs. An earthiness, with sweet and leafy spice, with meat and mint nuances adding further complexity. An expressive wine, with fragrant cherries and bright acidity, toasted spice, and varietal savouriness.
- Our new release 2022 Shiraz is a depth of flavour and plenty to ponder. Mid-to-long finish, an aromatic wine with ripe berries characters married with a savouriness known to the region. Prominent, yet fine and silky tannin, with a brisk acidity. Hints of plum pudding, liquorice and raspberry, with white pepper on the finish. An elegant, fragrant, and luscious wine, bringing finesse and complexity that will reward those with patience to cellar.
