After 20 months of patience, stored in old and new French Oak underground, our wonderful Chardonnay emerges rich and pale straw in colour, stone-fruit forward with melon and crisp acidity. A ripe and complex Chardonnay, with a fine line of crisp acidity lengthening the palate. A wine to enjoy now and/or can be cellared for 3-4 years.
