Very fortunately for the Baarmutha Wine Therapy Group, I can put things in place to deal with the two main forms of wine therapy, such as Psychodynamic wine therapy, which focuses on how life events, desires, and  your feelings steer the choices you make. Help you come to terms with some of the more painful  wine purchases in the past.
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is less focused on the few bottles that are still in the rack that should be long gone,  and instead emphasises how to change the ingrained patterns of thoughts and behaviours that are causing your wine purchasing decisions. All with a little Baarmutha Salami.
